This section provides a comprehensive overview of how to access Appointment Management within Laams Workspace and create, manage, and offer appointment-based services such as in-person appointments, online meetings, and home service bookings.
Laams Workspace is designed to simplify and centralize your service-based appointment lifecycle. It enables businesses and professionals to offer structured time-based services such as consultations, medical visits, coaching sessions, repairs, beauty services, and remote support.
Appointments can be booked through Laams One, or your connected website, and are automatically synchronized with your Laams Workspace accounting system, ensuring that service revenue, payouts, taxes, and transaction records remain accurate and up to date without manual reconciliation.
By automating scheduling, availability management, payments, and financial workflows, Laams Workspace allows you to focus on delivering services rather than managing calendars manually.
Please note that Laams applies a transparent transaction fee of 5% + 50¢ per paid home services and 2.9% + 50c for in-person and online paid appointments, with no hidden or additional fees. This fee is automatically deducted from each online payment processed through Laams and covers payment processing, platform services, and financial synchronization.
This transaction fee applies only to online payments processed through Laams. There are no fees for appointments paid via cash, bank transfer, or external payment terminals.
At this time, Laams does not pass transaction fees directly to customers. If needed, you may adjust your service pricing to account for this cost.

Before publishing, ensure that all required sections—such as service details, appointment types (in-person, online, or home service), pricing, availability, staff allocation, policies, and media—are fully completed and accurate.
Publishing States
Your appointment service will move through the following states during its lifecycle:
Draft
This status indicates that your appointment service setup is still incomplete. It is not visible to the public, and you can continue editing all details—such as service duration, pricing, staff availability, and meeting methods—until you are ready to submit it for review.
Pending
This status means your appointment service has been submitted for publishing and is currently under review by the Laams Review Team. The review ensures that your service complies with Laams policies, quality standards, and booking integrity rules (such as correct scheduling setup and service clarity).
Rejected
This status indicates that your appointment service was not approved by the Laams Review Team. This may occur if:
- The service setup does not comply with Laams policies
- Required information (such as duration, location type, or pricing) is missing or incorrect
- Availability rules or staff assignment are misconfigured
- Descriptions or media do not meet quality standards
You can update your service based on the feedback provided and resubmit it for review.
Published
This status means your appointment service has been successfully approved and is now live. Your service is:
- Available for booking on Laams One
- Visible across any connected websites or integrated platforms
- Ready to accept appointments for in-person visits, online sessions, or home services
At this stage, customers can select available time slots, choose service options, and confirm bookings instantly. You can also share booking links, embed your scheduler, or promote your services through marketing campaigns.
Inactive
This status indicates that you have temporarily or permanently stopped offering the appointment service. While inactive:
- Your service will not appear in search results
- Customers will not be able to book new appointments
You can reactivate your service at any time to resume accepting bookings, with all previous configurations preserved.
